We’ve taken care of the essentials to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, so you can settle in and relax. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle—and we’ve even included a selection of coffee and tea to help you ease into your peninsula getaway.
For added convenience, the apartment also features a private laundry with both a washer and dryer—perfect for longer stays or beach days.

The apartment offers three fully furnished bedrooms featuring a King, Queen, and Double bed—perfect for a comfortable and restful stay. Our stay at this beautiful Rye Apartment by the beach was rejuvenating and beautiful. The location is absolutely stunning, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. My family and I would make the picturesque walk every evening to watch the sunset, which made our stay even more special. Having the water so close really added a wonderful element to our trip. The house was clean and spacious, I had enough room to do my daily yoga practice outside. There was a BBQ on the spacious deck and the grounds felt very private. Overall we felt at home all throughout our stay. Buy your essential groceries locally, to cook family meals in the fully equipped kitchen or treat yourself at one of the many fantastic restaurants near by. It was also super convenient to have a bus stop on the main road, a short 2 min walk from the property that could take you into Rye or Sorrento, both great spots to explore. Dimity was super helpful and always available to us during our stay. Overall our experience was fantastic, a great location if you are wanting something out of the busy city and closer to some natural beaches and quiet towns. Highly recommend!
